More than 60 years ago, Ismail Farajzadeh Memari, a graduate of the Technical University, decided to follow in his father’s footsteps by establishing Qomqan Civil and Construction Company, and thus the second generation of the company was formed.
The word “Memar” means “architect”. It was bestowed on the family and added to the family name due to the family profession and in honor of their dedicated efforts in urban development of Tabriz, the birthplace of Grand Farajzadeh.
Setigh Gozar Company, the third-generation company, was founded by the owner and manager of Qomghan Construction Company and his sons in order to expand and develop business with new and fresh ideas.
The company was established in 1994 by Ismail Farajzadeh Memari as the CEO, and his eldest son, Jalal Farajzadeh Memari, as the Managing Director, along with two other sons, Messrs. Reza and Mohammad Ali Farajzadeh Memari as members of the board.
Setigh Gozar Company has grown and developed over the past two decades by creating a new generation team of experienced and knowledgeable specialists and engineers in various fields.
Setigh Gozar Company is headquartered in Tehran and its two other offices are located in Tabriz, a province in northeastern Iran.
The fourth office will soon be opened in a free-trade area for managing international projects with a new structure.
